Shrimp and Potato Casserole
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 package cheese with garlic and herbs (such as boursin)
- 1 lb prawns
- A little cream
- Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 F
Cut the potatoes into slices. Then steam or boil in a large volume of water. Be careful not to fully cook.
Mix cheese with a little cream.
Salt and pepper.
In a buttered cake pan, put a layer of potatoes, a layer of shrimp, a layer of the mixed garlic, herbs, cream, and cheese. Keep layering alternating the layers with the remaining ingredients.
Bake 20 minutes in the oven so that all ingredients bind and the potatoes are finished cooking. It's ready, eat and enjoy!
Note: Serve with a green salad for a hot/cold mix...
