Chicken Bow-Tie Pasta Salad

  • 2 cups fafalle (bow-tie pasta)
  • uncooked
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 6oz pkg grilled chicken breast strips
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes or 1 large tomato
  • cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup colby and monterey jack cheese crumbles or shreds
  • 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Step 1

Cook pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to the cooking water
for the last 2 minutes of the pasta cooking time; drain.

Step 2

Toss chicken, tomatoes, dressing, cheese and olives in large bowl. Add
pasta mixture; mix lightly.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately or cover and
refrigerate several hours until chilled
