These tasty stuffed cabbage rolls are so easy!
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 5 - 6 thick rashers bacon
- 1/2 lb sausage meat
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- Salt
- 1 cabbage head
Method
- Fry the bacon in a skillet, then add onion, and meat.
- Add tomato paste, bell peppers, garlic and salt, and simmer till cooked through
- Boil 1 whole cabbage head in salted water till tender
- Spoon mixture into individual cabbage leaves, and fold carefully to form little rolls
- Serve with any remaining mixture
- Enjoy!

- 1 1/2 pounds boned, skinned chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup lime juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Asian (toasted) sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 1 pound dried angel hair pasta
- 1 pound mixed red and yellow bell peppers, rinsed, cored, stemmed, seeded, and diced
- 1 cucumber (about 10 oz.), peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (white and pale green parts only)
- 1/4 teaspoon hot chili flakes

In a large frying pan melt shortening
- 3 pounds of chicken cut up, 1/4 cup of shortening, 1/2 cup of flour, 1 large onion sliced, 1/2 green pepper chopped, 2 cloves of cut up garlic, 1 large can tomatoes, 1 small can tomato sauce, 1 can mushrooms drained, dash salt, 1/2 tsp. oregano, pasta (spaghetti)
