Signature Punch


This is the punch that I am famous for at my church.

  • 46 ounce can pineapple juice
  • 2 envelopes unsweetened strawberry kiwi drink mix
  • 12 ounce can frozen lemonade
  • 85 ounces of water
  • 2½ cups of sugar

Step 1

In a punch bowl mix all ingredients. Chill.

Whenever possible, I like to make punch for parties a day ahead to let the flavors really develop. Also double the recipe and pour some into a gelatin ring with sliced lemon, lime, orange and pineapple and a half cup of sugar (so when the ice melts the lemon and lime doesn’t make the punch bitter), for a pretty and functional decoration.
