Power Breakfast: Easy Fruit Smoothie Bowl


Liven up your mornings with this colorful, nutritious smoothie bowl made with fresh strawberries, kiwi and banana. Feel free to substitute other fruits you have on hand, though if it's strawberry season, they're definitely a must.

Ingredients for 4 servings

For the smoothie base:

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 almond milk

For the toppings:

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 kiwis
  • 4 handfuls coconut shavings
