Green Tea

Green tea is a real anti-aging all-rounder! It provides us with liquid, frees our body from excess waste products, and is full of antioxidants. It contains valuable vitamins and minerals and is said to prevent cancer with its flavonoids, a compound often found in fruit and veggies that provide a number of health benefits. 

But if you think that's all there is to it, you're wrong: green tea has been shown to lower blood pressure, strengthen the immune system, and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease too. So it really is a miracle drink! 

For optimal enjoyment, remember to let the water cool to between 158°F-176.0 °F after boiling before infusing your tea, and don't let it steep for longer than 3 minutes as it will quickly turn bitter.
