How to defrost bread so it tastes freshly baked

You don't have to become a baker to have delicious fresh bread in the house all the time!

Before we even get to the defrosting part, lets talk freezing. Freezing your bread correctly is the best way to ensure that it will taste great when you take it out of the freezer later on. Firstly, make sure that it's room temperature or cooler (otherwise trapped moisture can lead to mold growth). Then wrap each loaf of bread in aluminium foil, then seal inside a Ziploc bag, trying to remove as much air as possible.
