Pomegranates

Pomegranates actually belong to the berry family, and provide us with vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, E as well as folic acid, and beta-carotene (red/orange pigment found in many fresh fruits and vegetables) which when consumed, is converted into vitamin A.

For good health, it's essential that we have an intake of these vitamins during the cold season. In addition, pomegranates are very rich in antioxidants that protect our cells from oxidative stress and have a cell rejuvenating effect.
