Viennese Iced-Coffee

Vienna has one of the finest coffee cultures in Europe. This recipe packs a punch and is also a treat for the eyes. Prost!

Ingredients (for 1 person):

• 1 cup coffee (chilled)
• 1 shot amaretto liqueur (optional)
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/2 cup whipped cream
• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
• Cocoa (for dusting)
• A waffle (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Mix the chilled coffee with amaretto liqueur and sugar in a tall glass.
2. Beat the cream until stiff.
3. Add the vanilla ice cream to the coffee and stir briefly.
4. Top with the cream and dust with cocoa powder.
5. Serve with a waffle and enjoy!
