Reduce Your Cooking Time

Before you add your pasta to the boilding water, make sure to pour a glug of olive oil into the water as this will stop the pasta noodles from sticking. If you want to have the perfect al dente consistency, its best to shorten the cooking time by 1-2 minutes at the boiling phase. 

The pasta will continue to cook in the oven, so when it's time to serve, it should be perfectly tender. Once cooked, drain and mix in 1 tsp of butter or sprinkle liberally with salt.
