Chocolate Fondue

Chocolate fondue is a simple (yet truly delicious!) dessert version of the previous ideas. Simply met the chocolate in a water bath and place in a caquelon. Dip in fresh fruit or if your sweet tooth needs more, marshmallows!

Ingredients:

  • Fresh, seasonal fruit of choice
  • Pieces of cake or brioche (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 cup milk chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Wash and slice your fruit.
  2. Thread the bite-sized cake and/or brioche onto fondue sticks.
  3. Heat the heavy cream until it reaches boiling point. Set aside.
  4. In a bain-marie, melt the chocolate before mixing in the milk.
  5. Pour into the caquelon and place in center of table.
  6. Dip in fruit and bite-sized cake and/or brioche onto fondue sticks.
  7. Enjoy!
