This Camembert fondue is perfect for a cold evening. It's also one of the easiet (and probably one of the tastiest) cheese fondues ever. Enjoy with crusty bread threaded onto fondue skewers, and fruits such as white grapes and slices of apricot.
Ingredients:
1 loaf of rustic bread
1 Camembert cheese
2 tbsp melted butter
1 baguette (ripped into chunks, optional)
Fruit
Sprigs of rosemary
Chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 360°F.
Make a hole (the size of the Camembert) in the top of the loaf.
Pull out the bread in the hole, and spread the butter inside.
Remove the top rind of the Camembert and place the cheese inside the bread.
Bake for 20 mins.
If desired, thread the baguette bread onto the fondue skewers and dip into the Camembert.
Sprinkle with rosemary sprigs and chopped walnuts, and serve with a platter of apricot slices and white grapes.
