Not Enough Fiber
Dietary fiber is very healthy for our bodies and promotes healthy digestion, which is why we should consume plenty of it throughout the day. If we eat a balanced diet, this shouldn't be a problem, as fiber is found in whole grains, beans, nuts, and many fruits and vegetables. It contributes to a feeling of fullness, which helps us automatically eat less. Additionally, it promotes slow digestion, stable blood sugar levels, and a healthy gut. All of this leads to better digestion of the nutrients we take in and helps us lose weight more effectively.
