Skipping Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. For people who don't like to eat breakfast or don't have time in the morning, this reminder can be annoying. But a healthy, well-rounded breakfast sets the tone for the day. Those who have a fiber-rich breakfast in the morning are doing their digestion a favor by starting the day with more lasting energy.

Porridge is quick to make, and a warm breakfast supports a good start to the day.
