Smoothies are a perfect breakfast full of vitamins. Most of them require nothing more than blending the ingredients, resulting in a breakfast packed with vitamins and fiber.
Ingredients (serves 2):
6 carrots
4 apples
1 piece of ginger (about 3/4 inch)
A splash of olive oil or flaxseed oil
1 tbsp lime juice
A splash of water
Instructions:
Clean the apples and carrots and chop them. Peel the ginger.
Place all ingredients into a blender. Add more water if needed and blend until smooth.
