Ingredients (for 4 servings):
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
8 small tortillas
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 avocado, sliced
Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
