Ingredients (for 4-6 servings):
3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 tbsp butter, melted
3 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
Salt, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, toss sweet potatoes with melted butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 30–35 min., flipping halfway.
Serve warm with a drizzle of extra syrup, if desired.
