Ingredients (for 4 servings):
4 chicken or turkey sausages
1 apple, thinly sliced
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup apple cider or water
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions:
In a skillet, sear sausages until browned on all sides.
Add apple slices and cook for 2–3 min.
Stir in maple syrup, cider, and mustard. Simmer until the sausages are cooked through and the sauce thickens.
