Cauliflower is part of the cruciferous vegetable family that gives off C02 and sulfurous compounds during digestion, causing stomach discomfort and the accelerated urge to relieve yourself. You can tackle this problem to some extent by cooking the florets before eating. If you bring them to work raw, simply pop them in the microwave with a bit of water, cover and steam for a few minutes.
