Researchers from Harvard released a study in 2013 saying memory and thinking ability were improved following moderate (re: reasonable) consumption of cocoa. And because dark chocolate contains more flavanols than regular chocolate, a square and a 1/2 a day might help keep your lagging memory at bay.
