Use your diet to help combat the sweat. First of all, make sure you are drinking lots of water! When your body is properly hydrated, it doesn't have to work as hard at regulating your temperature, which means you will sweat less. Swapping your full-fat milk for a skim variety is shown to help, as is including lots of calcium-rich foods like low-fat yogurt, cheese, baked beans, almonds and kale. On the other hand, foods to avoid include salt, meat, and hot spices like pepper and chili.
