Regenerate your garden!

Are you an avocado lover? Good news: avocados can also be re-grown! To plant an avocado tree you all you need is a ripe avocado, a glass and 4 wooden chopsticks.  Here's what to do:

- Cut the avocado in half, and take care to avoid damaging the stone. Don't forget to eat the avocado flesh!
- Wash the stone to remove any remaining of avocado flesh.
- Insert the wooden chopsticks around the center of the pit.
- Fill a glass of water to the edge and place the avocado stone so that it's immersed halfway.
- Leave the glass in a light-filled dry place, and change the water every 2 days. After 3 weeks you will begin to see the roots sprout.
- When the roots get big and a stem has appeared, it is time to pot the plant!
