Pour enough bleach into the bucket so that you can soak the cloth easily. Wearing gloves, soak the rag and then line it along the rubber crease. You can use several rags if yours isn't big enough to cover the entire length of the door seal. Leave the rag(s) in the rim for 45 minutes before removing. Now you can wipe the remaining mold or dirt away easily.
