Stuffing Struggles

Stuffing is too dry: Pour a little broth or melted butter over the stuffing, bit by bit, gently tossing it as you go. Go slowly and carefully and stop when you get the right consistency. 

Stuffing is soggy: Add more toasted bread or bread crumbs, or if you don't have these at hand, spread out the stuffing on a baking sheet and pop it in the oven to dry out.
