Low-Fat Yogurt

It's good for your gut, right? That may be true, but when it comes to staving off hunger pangs, your reduced fat Yoplait probably isn't up for the challenge. On one hand, it doesn't contain as much satiating dairy fats as other options. On the other hand, it requires less chewing, which has been linked to increased appetite and hunger after a meal. Bulk up your yogurt by eating the protein-rich Greek variety, and by adding nuts or granola to the mix.
