Make A Schedule That's Easy To Keep
We've all been there — finally we make it to the gym, or a sports class, but we stop going after two weeks, swearing we won't put ourselves through the torture again. But you're still unsatisfied with yourself... so what can you do?
Exercise is only effective for weight loss if it's done consistently, so you have to find a way to fit it seamlessly into your schedule. Whether it's waking up a little earlier, biking to the office, or going for a run with the stroller instead of a walk—all of this is doable!
But you need to really want it — a firm butt, toned arms, abs of steel? If these are part of your goals, you will need to plan them into your schedule. Create a slot on your calendar for your workouts!
