THE KEY TO FRESH, HOT MCDONALD'S FOOD

Kamran Adnan worked at various McDonald's branches across London for over a year. On Quora, he revealed that between 12-2pm and 5-7pm, they have what is called "Gapbuster Times", during which they can get a visit from a "gapbuster" (or mystery shopper).

This means that, at any point during these hours, it's possible that a customer will enter who has been paid to come there and rate their experience. "This then goes to the overall store rating and every store manager will do everything to ensure this rating is as positive as possible," Kamran says.
