#5 - You Don't Experiment With Ingredients

Step out of your comfort zone, and choose an ingredient from the store that you can cook in different ways for a week. Asparagus is a great ingredient to start experimenting with. It’s delicious when roasted on its own, but it’s also tasty sautéed in butter and mixed with goat cheese and soft scrambled eggs. You could even chop it up and combine with spaghetti, smoked salmon and cream cheese. Whatever vegetable you choose, just remember to be creative!
