Salad Starter
Other diners at your table may opt for a shareable appetizer, but at many restaurants, there aren't very many keto-friendly starters available. Instead, start your meal with a leafy salad and add some avocado while you're at it! When it comes to dressing, oil and vinegar is your safest bet, but you could also try Italian dressing or Caesar, but be careful—some restaurant dressings have added sugar.
