Mistake #5: Never Sharpening Your Knives
Just because knives become dull, that doesn't mean they're past their prime. All they need is a little T.L.C.! Sharpen your knives once a year, at home or professionally, to keep them fresh and functional. If doing it yourself, you can use a stone bar or specifically designed knife sharpener. Just be careful when you're done! With proper care, good quality knives should last a lifetime.
