3. Make a grocery list

This should be easier to do after an inventory check. As we’re practicing social distancing, public health experts advise fewer trips to the grocery store, so try to get enough food to last at least a couple of weeks. Divide your grocery list into categories — dairy, vegetables, meat, bread and dry goods — so that you can effectively gather what you need from each part of the store and not zig zag around from one aisle to the next and back again.
