Working from home makes you especially susceptible to weight gain, if you're not staying moderately active at least three times a week. You don't have to do crossfit workouts if that's not your thing. Go for a brisk walk, jog or run outside after lunch or dinner. Try jump roping for 15 minutes (it's much harder than it sounds!). Squeeze in a yoga flow right when you wake up. If you have workout equipment at home, put it to good use! Any physical activity is better than none, not to mention the wonders it can do for stress and anxiety.
