Hot Chocolate - US/Canada

Hot chocolate is still a favorite winter drink in North America, where it's widely sold in instant form made with cocoa powder, sugar and dry milk. All you have to do is add hot milk or water and stir. Our version tends to be very sweet, and many brands include packets of mini-marshmallows as a topper. Anyone who grew up with it can remember how comforting a mug of hot chocolate was after a fun-filled day in the snow.
