As we all know, bread and pasta  are both major sources of carbs, which will get stocked up and be tough to burn off at night. That's not to say you should never eat them for dinner, but you definitely need to keep your portion sizes down. Make them the supporting actor—not the starring dish, or substitutes low-carb options like zucchini noodles instead.
