Usain Bolt once fueled up on...

McDonald's chicken Mcnuggets. While competing in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, Jamaican gold medalist sprinter Usain Bolt admitted he loaded up on 100 McDonald's Chicken Mcnuggets a day, for a total of 1,000 nuggets (literally). He revealed this crazy nugget of information in his 2010 autobiography Faster than Lightening, writing: "At first I ate a box of 20 for lunch, then another for dinner. The next day I had two boxes for breakfast, one for lunch and then another couple in the evening. I even grabbed some fries and an apple pie to go with it." The reason for his 10-day nugget obsession? He found Chinese food "odd." But that didn't stop him from winning three gold medals.
