For the simple syrup: Boil the sugar and water together

4 oz Blood Orange Juice
3 oz Ginger and Bourbon Sugar Simple Syrup (recipe below)
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz Bourbon
3 oz seltzer
Lemon slices for garnish
For the simple syrup
2 oz ginger (peeled and cut thin)
1/2 c Bourbon Smoked Sugar
1/2 c water

Juice each orange into a bowl, then sift squeezed juice into another bowl to get rid of the pulp

ou will need per serving: ( I used 3 oranges and 2 limes to achieve the amount below)
-1 Cup Ginger Ale
- 1 Orange
-1 Lime, Extra Lime for garnish
- Slightly less than ½ Teaspoon sugar
-Optional: 7 drops of red food coloring to dye liquid red
-Ice
