Chocolaty Pear Loaf
Ingredients
- 150g / 3/4 cup sugar
- 150g / 2/3 cup softened butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp fresh yeast
- 180g / 1 1/2 cups flour
- 190g / 1 1/2 cups chocolate, melted
- 4 pears
Method
- Combine sugar, butter and eggs in bowl. Mix well.
- Add fresh yeast and flour and mix through.
- Pour in melted chocolate and fold into mixture.
- Peel 4 pears (or as many comfortably fit in your baking pan)
- Pour chocolate mixture into lined or greased baking loaf pan.
- Evenly space the pears in the pan, sitting upright.
- Bake at 350°F / 180°C for 35 minutes.
- Drizzle with more melted chocolate, and serve.

- 16 cannelloni noodles (Italian if possible)
- fresh goat cheese
- 1/3 cup of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion

- sun-dried tomatoes

- 1 scant cup of cream
- grated cheese
- breadcrumbs

Spinach and ricotta cannelloni
- 8 lasagna sheets (the best would be cannelloni already prepared)
- 1 - 1 1/2 cups of spinach (i used frozen here)
- A pot of ricotta
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- Some freshly grated parmesan
- For the tomato sauce:
- A box (medium) tomato puree
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tbsp ricotta
- Basil, Chili pepper, Salt and pepper to taste.
Stuffed cantaloni

Combine hamburger with a few shakes of spices, peppers, onions & cooked rice Mix well
- 1 pkg of oven ready cantaloni noodles
- 1 lb cooked ground beef
- 1 1/2 cans of spaghetti sauce
- 1 diced onion
- 1 diced green pepper
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sage
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Parsley flakes
- Grated cheese

- 1 sheet lasagna pasta cut into 8 pieces
- 1 slice onion
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 cup beef stock
- 1 tbsp flour
- pinch nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- 1 egg
- handful fresh breadcrumbs soaked in a little milk
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 3/4 cup tomato sauce
