This light, airy Nutella Mousse is the perfect no-bake dessert.
INGREDIENTS
- Cream Cheese
- Nutella
- Sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Milk
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings or sprinkles
METHOD
- Mix together cream cheese, Nutella, sugar, and vanilla extract
- In another bowl, whip milk to soft peaks using an electric mixer
- Stir in with Nutella mixture
- Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream
- Add chocolate shavings or sprinkles
- Serve!

In a large mixing bowl, mix together water and yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 tsp dry active yeast
- 1/4 cup Bourbon Smoked Sugar- separate 3 TBS out of this 1/4 cup and set aside.
- 1 1/2 tsp ground Bourbon Smoked Salt
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 3 1/2 cup all purpose flour

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup Bourbon Smoked Sugar
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
