here's a great dressing that goes with my serbian summertime tomato and feta salad
- 2/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, halved
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. basil, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. each dried thyme, oregano, marjoram & pepper

- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1-2 cups frozen mixed veggies (depending on preferences)
- 1 packet of beef gravy prepared as directed
