Hamburger Gravy with Veggies

  • 1/2 lb lean hamburger
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1-2 cups frozen mixed veggies (depending on preferences)
  • 1 packet of beef gravy prepared as directed
  • 1/4 tsp marjoram leaves
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Water as needed for preferred thickness
  • Box of Instant Mashed Potatoes or homemade authentic mashed potatoes

Step 1

Brown hamburger and onion powder. Drain excess fat. Stir in mixed veggies, gravy, marjoram, and pepper. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low, simmer uncovered 8 to 10 minutes until vegetables are tender. Spoon over mashed potatoes.
