Hamburger Gravy with Veggies
- 1/2 lb lean hamburger
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1-2 cups frozen mixed veggies (depending on preferences)
- 1 packet of beef gravy prepared as directed
- 1/4 tsp marjoram leaves
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Water as needed for preferred thickness
- Box of Instant Mashed Potatoes or homemade authentic mashed potatoes

Brown hamburger and onion powder. Drain excess fat. Stir in mixed veggies, gravy, marjoram, and pepper. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low, simmer uncovered 8 to 10 minutes until vegetables are tender. Spoon over mashed potatoes.
