1. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, 2 Tbsp cornstarch, and a pinch of salt and pepper

- * 1 clove garlic, minced
- * 2 Tab sesame seeds
- * 1 Tab cornstarch
- Serve with
- * 1-2 Green onions
- * 4 cups Brown or Jasmine Rice
