A delicious mixture of pink grapefruit and beets with vinaigrette dressing
- One large bunch of beets (4-5) tops trimmed
- 2 large pink grape fruit
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley

A tasty pizza made at home
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 thinly sliced red onions( roughly 5 cups)
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 hot dogs
- 700 g pkg store bought pizza dough

- 11/2 cup grated mozerella cheese ( or your fav cheese!)

- 3c all purpose flour divided
- 4tsp ground ginger
- 1tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp allspice

- 3 eggs
- 2/3c milk
- 1tbsp vanilla
