Prepare the steaks at least several hours before you plan to serve this meal
- 2 Cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 TSP salt
- 1/4 TSP ground black pepper
- 2 Cups water
- 4 4oz cube steaks
- Vegetable Oil
- COUNTRY GRAVY
- 1 1/2 TBSP Ground beef
- 1/4 Cup all purpose flour
- 2 Cups whole milk
- 1/4 TSP coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/4 TSP salt
Peanut Butter Tandy Cake

Beat eggs until nice and yellow
- Cake
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons melted margarine
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- Icing
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Stuffed Green Pepper Soup

In a 12" skillet cook hamburger, onion and pepper for 10 minutes or until meat is browned and no longer pink
- 2 lbs Hamburger
- 1 onion (large, chopped)
- 4 green peppers (chopped)
- 2 cups rice cooked
- 1 - 10 oz Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 - 29 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 - 14 oz. can of Beef Broth
- 2 TSP Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 TBSP Sugar
- 1 TSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TSP Onion Powder
- Shredded Cheddar cheese, for topping
Strawberry Angel Food Trifle

Tear angel food cake into medium pieces
- (1) angel food cake
- 24 oz. container frozen strawberries, sliced with sugar added, thawed
- 3 cups vanilla pudding
- 16 oz. container of whipped cream, slightly less than the whole container
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Crockpot Orange Chicken

Put carrots, peppers, garlic, then the chicken, ginger, salt, pepper & frozen orange juice in Crockpot
- 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced about 1/2-inch thick
- 2 large red or green bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 8 ounces orange juice concentrate
- 2 cups Mandarin orange segments or fresh orange segments
- 2 Green onions, chopped
- hot cooked rice
Purple Dragon Martini

in blender or food processor all ingredients and blitz 20 to 30 seconds on high speed
- 3oz vodka
- 1 1/2oz cranberry juice
- 1/2oz blue Curacao liqueur
- 1/2oz sweet and sour mix
- 1/2oz of 7-Up
- 2-3 ice cubes
Summertime Sangria

Combine the wine, fruit juices, and rum in a pitcher
- 1 Bottle of White Zinfandel
- 8 ounces of Strawberry Daiquiri Mix (non-alcoholic)
- 6 ounces of Peach-Flavored Mixer (such as Fuzzy Navel – non-alcoholic)
- 8 ounces of pineapple juice
- 16 ounces of pineapple rum
- Assorted fresh fruits: strawberries, pineapple, lemons, limes, oranges, or peaches (any combination)
Chicken Marsala

POUND chicken breasts between sheets of plastic wrap until about 1/4" thickness
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
- 1/2 cup flour
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Dried oregano to taste
- 4 Tbsp oil
- 4 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup Marsala wine
Easy Crockpot Potato Soup

In a slow cooker, combine potatoes, broth, soup, onion, and pepper
- 1 (30 oz.) bag frozen hash-brown potatoes (I use the squared, southern style)
- 2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2c chopped onion
- 1/3 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese (softened)
- Garnish: minced green onion
APPLE PIE MOONSHINE

Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot, except for the alcohol, and bring to a boil
- 1 gallon Spiced Apple Cider
- 1 gallon Apple Juice
- 1-½ cup Granulated Sugar
- 1-½ cup Light Brown Sugar
- 8 whole Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 bottle (750ml Size) 190-Proof Grain Alcohol (Everclear)
