- 2 -3 pounds boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cut in strips
- 1 egg + 2 tbsp water whisked together to make an egg wash
- Combine
- 1 cup flour
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp salt
- In a small bowl, mix together
- 4 tbsp soya sauce
- 4 tbsp rice wine vinegar (white wine vinegar is fine in a pinch)
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
- 2 tbsp hot chilli paste or sauce (use more or less to taste if you don’t like it very hot)
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 3 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ cup water
Peach Pie Moonshine

In a large pot bring to boil- juice, sugars, 1 can sliced peaches, cinnamon sticks and 1/2 cup of peach schnapps
- 64 oz · white grape peach juice
- 1 ¼ cup · white granulated sugar
- ¼ cup · brown sugar
- 3 stick · cinnamon
- ½ cup · peach schnapps
- 1 cup · 190 proof grain alcohol, everclear, moonshine etc. (I use everclear)
- ¾ cup · peach schnapps
- 2 can · sliced peaches(15oz)in juice
- 1 · cheese cloth

Mix mustard and mayo together and set aside
- 1 Loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1/4 Lb chipped ham
- 1/4 Lb Pepperoni
- 1/4 LB Provolone or Mozzarella Cheese
- Garlic Salt
- Oregano
- 1 TSP Mustard
- 1 TSP Mayo

- 1 Cup Softened butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 TSP Vanilla
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 2 3/4 Cups Flour
- 1 TSP Baking Soda
- Bag of Chips (peanut butter or chocolate)

Mix Crisco, peanut butter, sugars, milk and vanilla at medium speed
- 1/2 Cup Butter Flavored Crisco
- 1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 TBSP Milk
- 1 TSP Vanilla
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 Cup Flour
- 3/4 TSP Baking Soda
- 1/2 TSP Baking Powder
- 1/4 TSP Salt

- 2 Cups Sugar
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 TSP Baking Soda
- 1 TSP Salt
- 2 TSP Cinnamon

- 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts

The following are basic instructions for the processing of venison jerky
- 12.5 to 15 pounds Venison or Beef
- 16 ounces Appalachian Jerky Seasoning (True-Value)
- 1 ounce Curing Salt
- 1/2 gallon Cold Water
- 1 ounce Liquid Smoke (optional)

- 2 LBS Lean Ground Beef
- 1/2 Cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1/2 Cup finely chopped onion
- 2 TBSP McCormick Grill mates Hamburger Seasoning
- 8 Hamburger or Kaiser rolls
Cool Cucumber Salad
