Graw S's turkey chili casseroles

Saute pepper, onion and celery in vegetable oil until soft
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 3 bullion cubes
- 1 cup water
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- phyllo pastry sheets
- shredded mozzarella and parmesian cheese (1/4 to 1/2 cup)
Brenda Bodner's Honey Glazed Chicken

Combine all ingredients and coat the chicken thoroughly
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (or 1 tablespoon dried)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoonful grainy mustard
- 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Black pepper and salt to taste
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Smear bottom of 8 inch dish with butter and sprinkle with ginger
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 4 ripe bartlett pears
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
Amy Penwell's chicken noodle soup

Rinse chicken well and place in large soup pot
- 1 chicken (4 pounds) perferably a stewing hen
- 2 onions, halved
- 4 whole cloves
- 4 celery stalks with leaves
- 4 peeled carrots
- 3 parsnips, peeled
- 3 cloves garlic
- 6 sprigs dill
- 6 sprigs parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 quarts of water
- chicken bouillon
- 1 and 1/2 cup cooked peas
Gazpacho salad

Puree the 3 large tomatoes, red onion and garlic
- 3 large tomatoes peeled and seeded
- 1/2 red onion in chunks
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 6 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 6 cups diced crustless country type bread
- 3 cups finely diced tomatoes
- 2 cups finely diced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup minced onions
- 1 cup diced red pepper
- 1 cup diced green pepper
- 1/2 cup parsley chopped
Graw S's Clam chowder

Add enough water to clam juice to make 3 cups
- 1 tin of clams
- 1 bottle of clam juice
- 2 potatoes diced fine
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can evaporated milk
- peas or corn if desired

Mix sour cream, juice, worchestershire sauce and seasonings together
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons worchestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 chicken breasts, split and boned
- 1 adn3/4 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted

Blend all ingredients until it resembles meal
- Crust:
- 1 and 1/4 cup flour
- 6 tablespoon sweet butter cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons cold shortening
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Filling:
- 6 tablespoon sweet butter softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup ground blanched almond
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 tablespoon amaretto
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 cups sliced strawberries and 2 cups raspberries
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
Grammy's Oriental Chicken Mushroom Soup

In a large pan, combine water, broth and soy sauce and bring to boil
- 4 cups water
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 2 ounces uncooked egg noodles
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- salt and pepper to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth
- 3 cans (14 1/2 ounce) sweet potatoes in syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 13 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
