Cream sugar and butter, mix in egg and flavorings
- 1 and 1/2 cup sifted confectioner's sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 and 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
Broccoli Casserole

Cook broccoli, put in greased casserole
- 2 (10 oz) packages chopped broccoli
- 1/2 stick butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2/3 cups water
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons chicken stock
- 2/3 package herb stuffing
- 1 and 2/3 cups chopped walnuts
Grammy's Chicken Tori

Melt 3 tablespoon butter in baking dish
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 teaspoonsful dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon salt
- four chicken legs and 4 chicken thighs
Amy (mom)'s potato and mushroom salad

Combine oil, lemon juice, mustard, sugar and bouillon cube, mix well
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of dijon mustard or country mustard
- 1 chicken bouillon cube crushed
- 1 and 1/2 pound red potatoes, cooked and cubed (about 4 cups)
- 1 cup sliced mushroom caps
- 1/3 cup celery chopped
- 1/4 cups green onions
Spicy Pumpkin Soup

Heat the oven to 350 degrees
- 9 pounds sugar pumpkins or butternut squash
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 can of pears, cut into 2 inch chunks
- 10 garlic cloves chopped
- 3 and 1/2 tablespoon curry powder
- 4 quarts chicken broth
- 1 and 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
Grammy's roast leg of lamb

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Layer onions, carrots, garlic, bay and thyme in roasting pan
- 6 medium onions quartered
- 6 carrots quartered
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 7-8 pound leg of lamb, trimmed
- 1 can chopped tomatoes (28 ounce)
- 1 head of garlic, cloves peeled and halved
- 6 bay leaves
- 2 bottles of dry white wine
- 4 and 1/2 pounds red potatoes, peeled and chunked
Leora's sausage, apple and cranberry stuffing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 and 1/3 cups low salt chicken broth
- 14 ounces corn bread cubed (about 12 cups)
- 1 pound sweet italian sausage without casing
- 1/4 cup butter
- 6 cups sliced leeks
- 1 pound tart green apples, peeled, cored and chopped
- 2 cups chopped celery with leaves
- 4 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 2/3 cups chopped fresh parsley
- 3 eggs beaten
Grandmom Sandy's Crab Imperial

Combine ingredients gently
- 1 pound crabmeat (backfin or lump)
- 1/3 cup mayonaise
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- dash pepper
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce (optional)
Apple Lasagna

Cook noodles until al dente then rinse under cold water and leave in pot with cold water
- 16 lasagna noodles
- 3 pounds ricotta
- 4 eggs
- 3 fresh apples cored, peeled and sliced
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup quick oats
JB's Salmon Casserole

Mix ingredients
- 1 can (large) red salmon
- 1 cup thick white sauce (see notes)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 2 tablespoon mayo
- 1 teaspoon dijion mustard
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 teaspoon onion finely chopped
- several crushed saltine crackers
