Pistachio Cake Trifle

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 pan
- Cake
- 18.25 ounce package white cake mix
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 small box instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 can lemon-lime soda
- ½ cup chopped pistachio nuts
- 4 eggs
- 7 drops green food coloring
- Pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 2 small boxes Pistachio flavored instant pudding
- 8 ounce package cream cheese room temperature
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 8 ounce containers frozen whipped topping thawed
Cream of Broccoli Soup

In a Dutch oven, sauté butter, celery and onions for five minutes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 rib of celery diced
- ½ of a small onion diced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 envelope cream of broccoli soup mix located in the produce section
- 10 ounce box of chopped broccoli
- ½ cup of finely shredded Colby Jack cheese
Red Cream Soda Punch

In a large punch bowl or several pitchers, combine the water, concentrates and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved
- 2 cans frozen strawberry juice cocktail thawed
- 1 can frozen lemonade thawed
- ½ cup sugar
- 4 quarts cold water
- 2 liter bottle red cream soda, chilled
Strawberry Pudding Cake

CRUST: Melt butter. Blend in crumbs and sugar
- GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:
- 2½ cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 sticks of butter or margarine
- Strawberry cake mix
- PUDDING LAYER
- 2 cups milk
- 2 small boxes Strawberry Crème flavored instant pudding
- 8 ounce tub soft strawberry flavored cream cheese, room temperature
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 12 container frozen whipped topping thawed
- 2 tablespoons strawberry flavored syrup
- Fresh strawberries
Creamy Coleslaw

- 2 cups chocolate milk
- 2 boxes Jell-O® Oreo Cookies 'N Cream With Cookie Pieces Cookie Pieces Instant Pudding & Pie Filling 4.2 oz
- 8 ounce package cream cheese room temperature
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 12 ounce container frozen whipped topping thawed

- 8 ounce container frozen whipped topping

- ½ stick butter softened
- 1 cup chopped pecans

- 1 cup granulated sugar
