Pear and Apple-Cinnamon Crumble

  • 2 1/3 tbsp of brown sugar brown
  • 2 2/3 white sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2/3 stick butter, softened
  • 2/3 cup ground almonds
  • 2 apples
  • 3 pears
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 ° F

Prepare the crumble: mix the butter and sugars with a fork. Add the flour and almond powder. Mix by hand until a sandy texture. Reserve.
