Peach Mojito

  • 1 c Mint Julep Sugar
  • 8-10 oz white rum
  • 4 c club soda
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1/2 c mint leaves

Step 1

In a food processor, process the peaches and Mint Julep Sugar on high until it is liquid. Add the peach and sugar mixture to a large pitcher. Stir in mint leaves, and crush them at the bottom of the pitcher. Stir in rum and lime. Serve with club soda and ice, and garnish drinks with Mint Julep Sugar and a mint sprig.
