  • 1 TBS water
  • 1/2 TBS lemon juice

Step 1

Stir together Bourbon Smoked Sugar, lemon juice, and water on medium heat. Stir until it starts to caramelized. Stir in pistachios and cook until the sugar is only slightly browned. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet covered in parchment. With another piece of parchment, press down and smooth the hot bark. Let cool.
